The first two are relatively easy to do. People tend to find the last one hard as it does involve more of a

The stomach muscles help the body with coordination and balance. Whenever your are in motion you are using them
even just standing. However, these days more and more people sit down all day and so the need for these muscles is
reduced. When they are not used they weaken. This causes the belly to relax, sag and often bulge.
Some people see this and decide to take emergency action and they attempt to work on their abdominals very hard.
This is not required. You will only need to specifically focus on them for a few minutes in each
workout.
Increase you metabolism
You can get a rock solid six pack with very little effort. If you do a week or twos worth of abdominal focused
exercise you will notice them.
Even if you do nothing else, after a couple of weeks of crunches you will be able to feel the hard muscle
tissue. Unfortunately, it will still be under a layer of fat.
So, increasing your metabolism is an essential part of this fast way to lose belly fat. You can easily do this by working out a few times a week.

Change your diet
This is perhaps the most important aspect. Forget what anyone tells you about working out or whatever the single
biggest thing affecting the amount of fat your body stores is your diet. If you want to really succeed with this
fast way to lose belly fat you have to stop eating processed food and eat more freshly prepared food.
This can be hard, I know, because the way we live our lives today and the consumer choices open to us often lead
us to poor quality foods. It seems the economy has been set up to keep us overweight and unhealthy. But if you want
to see those abs you need to eat less fatty foods and more fresh fruit and
vegetables.
